Hey there. I've been into game making since about 2008, but it wasn't until 2014 I was able to complete my first ever game! The game was started and finished in a single week for a contest. In one week I was able to do what I struggled with for 6 years. 6 WHOLE YEARS. HILARIOUS ISN'T IT.

Music in an RPG Maker game
I do like MIDI's but once you go MP3 theres no going back. Nothing from Final Fantasy or Chrono Trigger has even been in my projects, there's nothing wrong with them, use them if you like them by all means, It's your game, but I find a lot of them dull now tbh. Well... Unless it's from Crystal Chronicles, which has fantasic music <3 and I can't help but use.

You guys have actually been pretty good to me despite of all of this stuff, which I have no beef with you guys. The only thing is that...I don't know a lot of you very well to really stay around here anymore. Also most of the members from GW are here too, so...um...you get the idea. Things you've outgrown?
Instead of growing out of things I've just grown up...a lot, I don't feel that much like a whiny kid anymore. I'm even starting to grow chest hair now and that a big deal to me!

Well,I am the definition of the word "rookie" as in,i have a wee bit higher than basic grasp of RM's. I can use events,variables and other basic concepts to build my adventures. Some may call my work "mediocre" and i agree with them,i attempt to try new i deas,but my lack of spriting knowledge,and my innate sense of induviduality,keep me from working as a team on my projects.
I like to see this, you know where you faults are, I'm tried of RM2k3 "rookies" claiming to have the B3st GAM EvaR!!!1! Knowing this I'm sure you'll become a great designer with some more time and experience. See ya around.
